| 摘 要： | 中亚拥有丰富的战略资源。多国势力在这利益交错。该地区资源的开发与争夺同国际政治局势紧密相联。如何最大限度开发本国的战略资源价值，从而为本国谋求最大利益，是中亚必须解决的关键课题。与此同时，中亚的战略资源对中国也有着重要的战略意义。
