| 摘 要： | 随着高校合并和招生规模的扩大,高校财务管理的原有设置无法应对规模大、校区多的新特点。因此,建议对高校的财务管理中交叉重复的科室机构进行重组,以便提高学校的有效理财能力,使学校的财务管理更好地适应高校自身的发展。

| Abstract: | With the mergence of tertiary institutions and the increase in enrollment of new students, the original set-up of the financial management can not match the new features of larger scale universities with many campuses. It is suggested that the overlapping financial offices should be reestablished in order to improve universities' ability to manage money effectively. |
