多元文化背景下新疆高校大学生德育体系构建

新疆地区具有多民族共同聚居、多种文化并存的特殊性,战略地位重要。构建具有自身特色的新疆高校大学生德育体系,对于推进和谐新疆建设和未来地区稳定发展具有重要意义。新疆高校大学生德育应和而不同、独具特色,具有多维的德育目标体系、共性与个性相统一的德育内容体系、规范方法与文化互动的德育范式。

The Construction of Moral Education System in Higher Education Institutions in the Context of Multiculturalism

Xinjiang region is featured with co-inhabitation of multi-nationalities and coexistence of various cultures. With unique and multi-cultural environments the region has strategic importance and therefore constructing special-featured moral education systems in universities and colleges in Xinjiang has great significance as it will help promote the building of a harmonious Xinjiang and a stably developing region. Moral education for college students in Xinjiang should have common goals with different approaches and unique features. It should have multi-dimensional target systems and a moral education content that unifies both generalized and individualized characters. It should have a moral model of regulated methods and cultural interactions.
