| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力是农村作为生产要素投入到社会经济活动中,为社会创造物质财富或精神财富的劳动人口,也是衡量农村经济发展潜力的重要指标。大力提高农村劳动力综合素质,有效转移农村剩余劳动力,已成为农村发展和农民增收致富的经济增长点。农村劳动力转移有多种模式,选择适宜当地的模式,实现农村剩余劳动力的合理转移,对经济社会的发展起着重要的作用。
