重绘中国“非遗”地图——以苏鲁豫皖四省交界地区民间音乐为例

文章以文化地理学与新兴的音乐地理学为学科背景,以苏、鲁、豫、皖四省交界地区这个相对独立的文化区域中民间音乐跨省的交流融通为实证案例,论证文化区域与行政区划不同步现象,进而指出当前非物质文化遗产工作中行政区划框架体系的局限,建议采用文化地理学的方法,用文化区域取代行政区划,对行政区划框架下＂非遗＂的目录体系与空间分布图进行调整与重构。

Remapping the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" Geography of China——Taking the Folk Music in the Adjoining Areas of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Anhui Provinces for Example

Basing its propositions on cultural geography and the burgeoning musical geography, with the communication and blending of folk music in the relatively independent cultural area of the adjoining areas of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Anhui Provinces as a practical case, this paper aims to prove that cultural area does not necessarily fall within an administrative division, and that present administrative division framework with the work of intangible cultural heritage is troubled with many limitations. It is recommended in this paper that administrative division be replaced by cultural area in handling intangible cultural heritage, and the intangible cultural heritage catogory and spatial distribution be rearranged and rebuilt.
