| 摘 要： | 加入WTO,给中国农业的发展带来了难得的机遇,也带来了严峻的挑战.抓住机遇,应对挑战,谋求发展,需要采取多种措施,其中加快推进农业高新技术产业化是治本之策.发展农业高新技术产业必须建立全新的管理体制和运行机制,需要配套的开发战略和政策保障要坚定不移地实施人才开发战略;坚持不懈地抓实科技创新;要对农业高新技术产业的发展给予政策支持.

| Abstract: | WTO entry not only provides valuable opportunities for Chinese agricultural development, but also brings severe challenges. We need various countermeasures to grasp the opportunities and tactfully confront the challenges to allelerate agriculture developrment. The fundamental way is to speed up the industrialization of agricultural high tech achievement. New administrative and management mechanisms,adoptable strategies and guarantee policies are thus needed. We also need to practice talent development strategy consistently steadily implenent sci tech innovation and give policy support to the development of agricultural sci tech industries |
