| 摘 要： | 本文对知识转移的一般过程进行了分层研究,建立了知识转移过程的六层模型.根据该模型,任何知识转移过程都包含物理层、数据层、语言层、知识层、能力层、应用层等六个层次,并且只有实现了全部六个层次转移的知识转移才是成功的.

| Abstract: | In this paper we Investigate the universal process of the knowledge transfer,and build a six-layer model for the knowledge transfer porcess.According to the model,any knowledge transfer process has six layers: physical layer,data layer,language layer,knowledge layer,ability layer,application layer.The model also tells us that a knowledge transfer process is successful only if all of the six levels of the transfer is finished. |
