An Empirical Research on the Operation of Management System in Nongovernmental Enterprises: A Case Study on the Management Mechanism of Meidi Group

Nowadays Chinese government positively encourages and supports the development of nonpublic economy. The competi- tive advantage of nongovernmental enterprises is their innovation and flexibility, and the management system of these enterprises is becoming a cause of concern. Based on the 2767 surveys, this article empirically studies on the effects and roles of various management systems on employees in nongovernmental enterprises. Moreover, the research explores that how deep a management system could be accepted by the employees in an enterprise. Finally, the different feel- ing on various management systems between the highest staff and grass-root employees is compared and analysed.
