| 摘 要： | WTO争端解决机制在许多方面对传统国际法理论进行了重大突破 ,它对于有效解决WTO争端、维护世界经济秩序稳定起着重要作用。WTO争端解决机构 (DSB)行使管辖权实际上是受理与WTO协议有关的争端并能提出建议和裁决的权限 ,它是启动争端解决程序的前提 ,是WTO有关协定顺利实施的有力保障。本文从国际法角度对DSB管辖权问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The Dispute Solve Bureau of WTO has made many breakthroughs in the traditional theory of international law in many aspects, and it plays an important role in effectively solving the disputes of WTO and maintaining the stability of the world economy. The jurisdiction of the disputes solved by the Bureau of WYO includes accepting the disputes, related to the respective agreement of WTO, making suggestions and adjudicating.The DSB of WTO is the prerequisite of starting the dispute solving procedure, and the strong guarantee of enforcing the respective agreement of WTO. This thesis makes an exploration of the jurisdiction of DSB from the perspective of international law. |
