| 摘 要： | 针对浙江、珠江等地出现的民营企业集群这一新的企业发展模式,进行了相关的经济优势分析,指出我国民营企业集群发展模式面临的问题,对当前发展民营企业集群模式提出了几点政策性建议.

| Abstract: | In reference to the clustering private-owned enterprise model in Zhejiang province,Zhujiang and etc,this paper first analyses the model in economic theory and points out problems our clustering private-owned enterprise model may meet.Based on it,the paper also makes some political suggestions to improve the model. |
