摘    要:浙江是"个私"大省,但劳资关系却相对协调、和谐,其秘密是什么?从劳资关系运行参与者、劳资关系运行规则角度分析,浙江模式劳资关系由以下要素构成:"本土化"的资方;"商业化"原子状的劳方;少(适度)介入、"无为而治"的政府;"自然生成的"劳资关系运行规则;企业一体化的劳资关系;以效率为核心的劳资关系运行。浙江模式劳资关系运行的特点是在以上要素基础上,形成了"自行协调、合作,走向两利、共赢"的运行体制。

Abstract:Zhejiang is a large province with the characteristic of strong role of private capital.The labour relations are relatively harmonious.This paper try to find the answer.The labour-capital relations in Zhejiang comprise of the following:localized capital,commercialized and atomized labour,the government of governing by noninterference,natural formation rules of the labour-capital relations,the integration of labour relations at enterprise level,and taking efficiency as a core.Based on these fundamentals,a mode of labour relations distinguished by localized coordination,cooperation and mutual advantage is emerging in Zhejiang.
