| 摘 要： | 企业的能力建设必须基于缺陷定位,卡普兰的战略地图模型可用于严格条件的企业组织能力缺陷分析,为使该种管理工具的应用条件更加真实,必须开发战略地图的权变结构,应用权变模型分析企业的能力缺陷涉及从环境因素到权变因素调整的路径解析。

| Abstract: | The enterprise capability cultivation must be based on the analysis of capability blemish. The strategy map model introduced by Kaplan can be used on strict conditions to analyze various capability blemish. To make conditions more realistic the contingent strategy map model must be used in a flexible way. The model of flexibility applied in enterprise blemish analysis involves the studies of paths from environmental to contingent factors. |
