| 摘 要： | 道教"无为"管理思想在具体运用时,往往走向无所作为或者激进有为,而难以取得理想的效果.以宋元时期的宋徽宗、王安石、丘处机为例,分析不同的管理模式,归纳出以"无为"之心行"有为"之事的观点,它不但切合"无为"思想的本意,也符合"无不为"的基本行事原则.

| Abstract: | When the "non-action" theory of Taosim is employed in practice,it usually changes into "doing nothing" or "doing many things," leading to little fruitful result.In this paper,the management modes of Emperor Huizong,Wang Anshi in Song Dynasty and Qiu Chuji in Yuan Dynasty are analyzed so that to deduce the essential meaning of the "non-action" theory,that is "trying to do what can be done without a narrow and specific goal in mind."
