道教“无为”管理思想的运用——以宋元时期为例

摘    要:道教"无为"管理思想在具体运用时,往往走向无所作为或者激进有为,而难以取得理想的效果.以宋元时期的宋徽宗、王安石、丘处机为例,分析不同的管理模式,归纳出以"无为"之心行"有为"之事的观点,它不但切合"无为"思想的本意,也符合"无不为"的基本行事原则.
