| 摘 要： | 创新是知识经济的灵魂.创的"内因是变化的根据,外因是变化的条件,外因通过内因而起变化"的观点,辩证地提出了创新人才的培养,应该有适宜的"外因"的观点,即学校必须努力营造出一个良好的校园创新教育环境,才能真正保证大批创新人才的培养.还提出了校园创新教育环境建设的6条措施,使得校园创新环境的建设有了较好的操作性.

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of knowledge based economy.The key of innovation is to have the talent.Person's training depends on education.The author,based on the viewpoint of comrade Mao zedong:"Internal factor is the foundation of change,external factor is the condition of change,external factor changes through internal factor",puts forward a viewpoint that talent training ought to have suitable "external factor".Namely,colleges and universities must make great efforts to construct a creatively educational environment in campus,which can ensure that a great number of creative talent will be cultivated.The author also puts forward six measures of how to make educational environment creative in campus,for future operation. |
