| 摘 要： | 高等院校的就业指导工作对实现高校的人才培养目标和满足社会需要,起着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。如何改变计划经济体制下的观念落后的局面,正确认识毕业生就业形势,如何解放思想,转变就业指导工作观念,树立服务意识,如何保证就业信息渠道的畅通,值得每一个高校就业指导工作者认真思考。

| Abstract: | Employment guidance in Universities and colleges plays an important role in the fulfilment of talents cultivation and the satisfication of social demand.Those who are involved in employment guidance in universities and colleges should carefully think of such aspects as conversion of backward notions formed in the planned economy system,realization of graduates' employment situation,emancipation of minds with adapted working principle and service awareness,as well as assurance of a smooth channel for employment information. |
