| 摘 要： | "十五"以来,中国农村市场规模迅速扩大,农村市场环境不断改善。为了尽快改变中国农村零售业发展明显落后的局面,应从培育市场主体入手,突出和强调小城镇的节点作用,走综合服务的道路,以农村零售业网络建设为依托和载体构建农村现代流通体系,促进城乡协调发展。

| Abstract: | Since the "10th-Five-Year Plan",China's rural areas have experienced a rapid increase in market size and a continuous improvement in market environment.In order to upgrade as soon as possible the obviously backward situation in the development of retail industry in China's rural areas,we should foster the main body of market as a starting point,highlight and emphasize on the function of small towns,adopt the integrated services,construct the modern rurul circulation system based on the network construction of retail industry in rural areas,and promote the balanced development in both urban and rural areas. |
