| 摘 要： | 罗纶在保路运动前深受康有为、梁启超思想影响,以立宪派人物的面目出现。“戊戌变法”失败后,他不改初衷,仍大讲变法自强之道,兴学救国之理,并实践之。1909年10月,四川咨议局成立后,他在副议长的位置上弹劾官吏,使“议会始敢言,民隐毕达”,并领衔提出了《四川咨议局整理川汉铁路公司案》。

| Abstract: | Luo Lun was deeply influenced by the thought of Kang You-wei and Liang Qi-chao before the movement of protecting railway projects in Sichuan,and rendered himself as a member of the constitutional group.After the failure of "Wu Xu Bian Fa",he didn't alter his original intention,instead,he strongly propagated self-improvement by political reform and saving the nation by establishing education,and also put them into practice.Sichuan Bureau of Consulting and Discussing was founded in November,1909.As a vice president,he impeached officers or officials and created the atmosphere of "People daring to speak in the bureau and public opinions being expressed";in addition,he led to bring forward the Proposal of Reforming Chuan Han Railway Company by Sichuan Bureau of Consulting and Discussing. |
