金融危机对延边地区进出口贸易的影响及其对策

随着国际金融危机的深化和蔓延,延边进出口贸易严重下滑,其负面影响日益显现。为扭转延边地区进出口贸易持续恶化的局面,应以科学发展观为统领,以解放思想为先导,以＂抓重点、保总量、调结构、促增长＂为指导原则,加快对外贸易战略调整步伐,以对俄、朝贸易为突破口,不断开辟新兴市场,扶持壮大经贸主体,加强出口基地、工业园区、通道建设,努力营造良好的贸易环境,逐步扩大延边地区进出口贸易规模和总量,实现延边地区进出口贸易又好又快发展。

The Influences of Global Financial Crisis on the Import-export Trade in Yanbian and the Countermeasures

The import-export trade in Yanbian has declined seriously as the negative effects of the deepening and spreading of global financial crisis is now becoming more and more obvious.In order to change the constantly deteriorating situation,it is necessary to take the following measures so that the import-export trade in Yanbian could boom up and develop steadily： to take the scientific outlook on development as the guide;to emancipate the minds as the priority;to carry out the principle of ＂focusing on key projects,ensuring the total volume of trade,adjusting the structure and promoting the growth＂;to quicken the strategic adjustment and seek for new markets in the trading with Russia and DPRK;to support more the enterprises and strengthen the import-export bases and industrial zones;to construct various channels and better environment and gradually enlarge the scale and total output of import-export trade in Yanbian.
