| 摘 要： | 根据日本镜蛤的性腺外部特征和生殖细胞发育的规律,将日本镜蛤的性腺发育过程分为增殖期、生长期、成熟期、排放期和休止期五个阶段.日本镜蛤一年即性成熟,一年一个生殖周期,繁殖期在7～9月,繁殖高峰期为8月上旬到中旬.

| Abstract: | According to the morphology of the sex gonad and the cytological characteristics of the developing germ cells,the annual cycle of maturation can be divided into the following five stage : proliferating stage , growing stage , maturing stage , spawning stage and resting stage. The sex gonad mature in one year. There is one reproductive cycle every year. The reproductive stage is in July to September and the reproductive peak is in the first ten days and the second ten days of August. |
