| 摘 要： | 和谐社会要按照民主法治、公平正义的总要求来构建,因而要有和谐的教育环境与之配套。作为当代中国教育发展的一项重要内容,民办教育的法律、法规还有诸多不完善之处,由此影响了民办教育的健康发展。因此,应在认真解读和践行现有民办教育法律、法规的基础上加快民办教育立法进程,依法治教,全面促进构建民主和谐的社会主义社会。

| Abstract: | A harmonious society should be set up according to law and equality,and so is educational environment.Some deficiencies still exist in laws and regulations on civilian-run education,which have affected the sound development of civilian-run education.On the basis of the existing laws and regulations,the law-making procedure on civilian-run education should be speeded up and education should be managed according to law so that a harmonious society of socialism may be formed as a whole. |
