论信息化战争条件下高校国防教育的四个转变

面对现代信息化战争的发展和要求,高校国防教育应发生相应转变。具体而言,高校国防教育在教育目标上要从传统的关注大学生技能层次向优化大学生的知识结构方向转变;在教育方式上要从大学生的入学集中教育向大学生在校全过程教育转变;在队伍建设上要从兼职型教师向专业型教师转变;在教育手段要从传统教育手段向现代传媒教育手段转变。

In the era of hi-tech information,national education in colleges should be innovated according to the development and demands of the situation.The education should be informed in the light of the characteristics of the present information war from the following four aspects,i.e,its objective should be changed from the focus on the students' skills to the focus on their knowledge structure,its form should be changes from centralized instruction to the instruction throughout the schooling years,the teaching staff should change from the part-time to the professional and its means should change from the traditional to the modern multi-media.
