| 摘 要： | 应用吸收光谱法研究了亚甲蓝在不同浓度时以及添加不同浓度十二烷基硫酸钠时的聚合状态的变化,探讨了亚甲蓝与十二烷基硫酸钠之间相互作用机理,同时考察了乙醇、NaCl、羟丙基-β-环糊精以及Triton X-100对亚甲蓝聚合状态的影响。结果表明亚甲蓝溶液浓度和溶剂对亚甲蓝的聚合状态都有影响。

| Abstract: | The aggregation of Methylene Blue in different concentration the added sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS) has been studied.And the mechanism of the interaction between MB and SDS has been discussed.The influence of ethanol on the spectra of MB also has been investigated.The results show that the aggregation is effected by both solvent and the concentration of MB,and MB can interact with SDS to form the MB-SDS complex which causes the color change of the reaction system. |
