摘    要:人性观是管理理论构建的基点。西方管理人性观先后经历了"经济人"、"社会人"、"复杂人"、"文化人"四个典型阶段,分别对应形成了管理理论中的"X理论"、"Y理论"、"超Y理论"、"Z理论"。立足于人性观的嬗变,把握管理理论的变革,有助于探寻符合人性需求特点的有效管理方式。

Abstract:Humanity views is a theoretical premise constructing management theories. There are four typical stages of humanity views from economic man, social man, complex man to cultural man in evolution of modern management theories in the West, respectively corresponding to Theory X ,Theory Y, Theory Super-Y and Theory Z. Humanity views in Western management theories grasp humanity structure and its characteristics mainly from the positive aspect and based on humanity needs its characteristics in order to explore effective mechanism of management through humanity incentive.
