高等学校培养拔尖创新人才的途径

摘    要:拔尖创新人才是在某一领域具有潜质的、创造性的高层次、高技术专门人才。拔尖创新人才培养对于凸显国家核心竞争力、提高高等教育质量具有重要的意义。高等学校作为培养拔尖创新人才的重要基地,应该结合拔尖创新人才不同于其他人才的内涵特质,通过树立科学先进的教育理念、改革创新人才培养模式、优化创新性课程体系、进行教学方法改革、鼓励本科生参与科研活动、营造育人环境和建立健全培养机制等途径有效推进拔尖创新人才培养。

Abstract:Top creative talents (TCT) are the people who have potential abilities in creation and high-tech. Their culture has veryimportant significance in the national core competitiveness and the quality and innovation of higher education. According to the uniqueconnotation qualities of TCT, it is very important for universities and colleges to establish scientific advanced philosophy of education,to innovate personnel training mode, to optimize innovative curriculum, to carry out the reform of teaching methods, to promote the un-dergraduates to participate in research activities, to create educational environment and to construct the training mechanism approach toenhance the TCT culture.
