东营市全面建成小康社会进程研究

东营市提出到2016年力争达到省定全面小康指标。2012年,东营市全面建成小康社会的实现程度为90.66%。其中,经济总量、社会和谐、生活质量等方面发展迅速,但经济结构、文化教育、环境质量问题比较突出。为此,需加快发展第三产业,重视发展文化教育,保护改善生态环境,建立完善工作机制,以保证东营市顺利实现全面建成小康社会的预定目标。
