| 摘 要： | 一个区域在不同时期有不同的区域分工定位。进入新世纪以来,中部地区从“顾全大局”的服从地位转变为“统筹区域发展”的主角地位。中部地区在全力推进工业化以实现快速崛起的同时,仍然不能放弃其农业主导、生态优势和交通枢纽的功能定位,中央政府也应该继续加大对中部地区这三个方面的投入。

| Abstract: | There are different localizations of areas division in different periods in an area.Since entering new century,the status of middle area changes from the conformity status of " taking the interests of the whole into account" into the protagonist that "the pool area is developed".While the middle area is advancing industrialization in order to realize emerging fast with all strength,it can't give up its agricultural leading,ecology advance and the hub of communications,the central government should continue strengthening the input into the middle area in these three respects,too. |
