胃镜检查中格拉司琼的应用体会

目的：研究格拉司琼在胃镜检查中的止呕效果和安全性。方法随机将120例胃镜检查患者分为观察组和普通组，观察组60例除常规术前准备外，给予格拉司琼3mg静脉注射，普通组60例予常规操作，比较两组胃镜检查中患者呕吐次数，胃蠕动次数，患者感受，检查前、中、后血压、心率和血氧饱和度的变化。结果呕吐次数、胃蠕动次数、患者感受情况等指标，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）；两组分别比较检查前、中、后血压、心率和血氧饱和度，观察组患者检查前、中、后血压、心率和血氧饱和度比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05），而普通组在检查中与检查前相比，有明显的变化。术中监测发现，普通组检查中收缩压和舒张压增高，心率加快，升高程度分别为24.7％、22.0％、25.0％，与检查前比较差异有统计学意义。结论格拉司琼静注用于胃镜检查，可减少患者不适感，利于胃镜的操作检查，值得推广使用。

The granisetron application experience in gastroscopy

Objective To study the granisetron in gastroscopy antiemetic efficacy and safety.Methods 120 patients with gas-troscopy randomly were divided into observation group and the normal group ,Observation group ,60 cases in addition to routine preop-erative preparation , the granisetron 3 mg given intravenously ,Ordinary group of 60 patients treated with conventional operations ,Pa-tients in gastroscopy were compared frequency of vomiting ,gastric motility times,the patient experience ,and the blood pressure heart rate and oxygen saturation changes before ,during and after treating.Results Frequency of vomiting,gastric motility times,patients feel the situation and so on ,the two groups were significantly different （ P〈0.01）;The blood pressure ,heart rate and oxygen satura-tion were compared In each group before , during and after treating , observation group had no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） , While the ordinary checking compared with before ,a significant change ,it＇s found during gastroscopy in ordinary group systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased ,accelerated heart rate.Higher levels were 24.7%,22.0%,25.0%,Compared with before the ex-amination,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion intravenous the granisetron in endoscopy ,Can reduce patient discom-fort,which will help gastroscopy operation checks and it should be introduced .
