老年护理核心能力在低年护士导师制培训中导向性的效果与研究

摘    要:目的:探讨以老年护理核心能力为导向在低年护士导师制培训中的效果,探讨适合老年专科特色的护理人员培训方法。方法采用方便抽样的方法选取180名低年护士(年资<3年),随机将180名护士分为实验组(n=79)和对照组(n=101),实验组护士入科后给予以老年护理核心能力为导向的导师制培训,对照组予常规一对一导师制培训,12个月后填写护士能力评估表,评定护士临床核心能力。核心能力是指基础理论知识、临床基础护理工作能力评定、专业护理操作能力、工作态度、团队合作、主动性、人际交流[1]指标对比;两个独立样本的t检验或两独立样本的非参数检验来比较两组低年护士的能力的差异性。结果实验组低年护士的临床工作能力优于对照组低年护士的成绩(P<0.05),其中,在临床核心能力的评比上,基础理论知识和临床基础护理工作方面,实验组与对照组比较有显著的差异(P<0.01),在专业护理操作能力,工作态度,团队合作,主动性,人际交流方面的成绩有差异( P<0.05)。结论以老年护理核心能力为导向在低年护士导师制培训,有效的提高了低年护士护理核心能力,适应新形势下老年护理专科人才培训的要求。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect aged -nursing core ability-oriented in the training of primary nurses and explore a distinctive training method for the aged -nursing.Methods On the principle of convenience sampling ,50 primary nurses ( seniority〈3 years) were divided into observation group (with aged-nursing core ability-oriented tutor system,n=22) and control group (with general 1 to 1 tutor system,N=28).After 12 months,those selected nurses shall fill in the nursing ability self -assessment ta-ble,which includes basic clinical knowledge ,performance of assisting patients ,core nursing skills,equality and fairness,teamwork, initiative and communication ability.By using paired tests result to analyze the differences between two groups of primary nurses core nursing ability.Results The performance of observation group is better than control group (P〈0.05).Specifically,there were sig-nificant differences on the performance of core nursing skills ,equality and fairness ,teamwork ,initiative and communication ability ( P〈0.05).On the other hand,no big difference was found in clinical knowledge and performance of assisting patients (P〉0.05), which did not achieve statistical significance.Conclusion Aged-nursing core ability-oriented tutor system could effectively en-hance primary nurses'aged-nursing core ability and positively adapt to the new requirement of aged -nursing specialist.
