论我国企业跨国并购中的薪酬整合问题

摘    要:随着我国经济的持续增长,我国企业已经迈出了跨国并购的步伐,但是由于地区间文化与制度的差异,导致了我国企业跨国并购整合因难重重,其中尤以薪酬整合为共为棘手.如何整合薪酬已成为我国企业跨国并购中的关键问题之一.文中就我国企业跨国并购中遇到的薪酬问题进行了讨论,并从战略的角度出发讨论了我国企业跨国并购的薪酬整合过程,即:全面薪酬调查一制定匹配的薪酬战略一薪酬战略的有效实施.
