| 摘 要： | 邓小平的"三农"思想是一个严谨的科学体系.邓小平同志坚持实事求是的辩证唯物主义方法论,提出从农业、农村的基础地位出发,发挥农民的积极性、依靠政策和科学,协调城乡、工农等多种关系,分阶段分步骤地实现农业、农村现代化的目标的思想体系.该理论各部分无不体现着科学发展观的理论精髓,与科学发展观有着内在一致性,在科学发展观的视域下解读邓小平的"三农"思想,对促进农村经济持续全面发展具有极其重要的现实意义.
