| 摘 要： | 资源是价值创造的基础,如何获取、聚合新资源,生成新能力,创造新价值,是当前中小企业转型成功的关键。本文针对企业转型实践,总结提出了企业转型实践演进的三个阶段,分析了各阶段资源重构特征;针对企业转型研究,从内涵界定、资源配置等角度,对国内外相关研究现状进行了综述;并对该领域需要深入探讨的问题进行了展望。

| Abstract: | As resources are the basis for value,how to acquire and aggregate new resources,generate new capability and create new value are the vital factors for the successful transformation of SMEs.By analyzing the enterprises transformation practices,this paper proposes three phases of transformation process and the different characteristics in each phase.It then provides an overview of the related research in terms of definition and resource configuration.Finally,it raises the problems requiring further study. |
