| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人下肢深静脉血栓形成药物治疗的有效性和安全性。方法分设治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组静滴奥扎格雷和川芎嗪；对照组于患肢足背静脉滴注尿激酶溶栓治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率96．7％，两组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论奥扎格雷联合川芎嗪治疗老年入下肢深静脉血栓形成效果显著，与尿激酶比较，奥扎格雷更为安全、使用更方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Sodium ozagrel and Tetramethylpyrazine on the treatment of lower limb deep venous thrombosis.
