《三国演义》刘蜀后期人物三论

在蜀汉后期的四个重要人物中刘禅虽然平庸,却安于君位,与历史上形形色色的昏君、暴君相比,表现不算太差,堪称“庸主”的典型;蒋琬、费祎是诸葛亮选定的接班人,对稳定蜀汉政权起了重要作用。《三国演义》对他们执政时期一笔带过,是一个明显的缺陷;姜维虽力图继承诸葛亮遗志,但国势衰微,无力回天,只能成为一个令人同情的悲剧英雄。

A Comment on Three Characters of the Later Shu Dynasty from Three Kingdoms

The author,by analysis of the four important characters of the later Shu Dynasty,points out that compared with various kinds of fatuous,cruel kings in the history,Liu Chan who is mediocre but content,could be included into the "typical mediocre kings" due to his not-too-bad behaviors. And Jiang Wan and Fei Yi,selected by Zhu Ge-liang as successors,play an important part in strengthening of Shu Dynasty.It is an evident defect whose achievements are just mentioned in passing in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms.And Jiang Wei,who tries hard to inherit Zhu Ge-liang's dying words,could only be a tragic hero because of inability to save the declining Shu Dynasty.
