| 摘 要： | 软式排球是一种新兴的排球运动 ,己受到广泛的关注和群众的喜爱。在硬排教学中进行软排练习 ,对硬排教学会有什么影响呢 ?本文采用教学实验对软排和硬排的教学效果进行对比分析。结果表明 ,软排教学效果明显高于硬排 ,软排练习对硬排的教学起到积极的作用

| Abstract: | Soft volleyball is a new and developing volleyball sport. It has brought much attention and general favour amoung the public. In order to know the effect brought on hard volleyball teaching and if the exercise of soft volleyball is arranged into the hard volleyball caurse, the article contrasts and analyzes the teaching effects of both soft and hard volleyball teaching through teaching experiment. The result shows that the teaching effect of soft volleyball is obviously better than the hard one, and soft volleyball exercise plays an active role in volleyball teaching. |
