| 摘 要： | 提出新时期我国信托制度的创新思路及制度安排的实现路径:(1)改革产权制度;(2)建立和完善现代信托企业制度;(3)大力发展信托主业;(4)加强对信托业的监管;(5)重塑信托形象;(6)建立健全信托法律体系及其配套制度;(7)转变政府职能。

| Abstract: | The idea of China's trust system innovation and the approach to realize the system arrangement in the new era are proposed as follows: (1) reform property rights system; (2) set up and improve the modern trust enterprise system; (3) develop main business of trust; (4) strengthen supervision and administration of trust business; (5) re-establish the image of trust business; (6) set up and improve the law system of trust and its well-coordinated system; (7) transform government functions. |
