| Abstract: | It is very important for the cender to improve the self protection consciousness for protecting his lawful rights and interests in non governmental debit and credit. In order to give some directions for the action of non governmental debit and credit, this article presents some directions for the action of non governmental debit and credit,and offers some reasonable opinions and suggestions about the lenders' self protection at the time of lending the money, after the contract maturity, and during the lawsuit, based on the relevant laws the judicial particle and economic life practice. |
