从译本分析看语用标记语的等效再现

语言是有标记性的，语言的标记性既可创设语境、构建语篇，又使语义得以扩展，语用功能得以加强，为交际意图的实现奠定基础。将标记理论引入到翻译研究中为评价翻译质量提供了新视角。借助国内学者提出的“语用标记等效原则”，对文学作品的译本进行分析后发现，对原语标记性的洞察和把握，是保证语用标记语等效再现的基本保证。标记理论对科学地品鉴译本和判断译本质量有很大的帮助，并为阐释翻译实践及提高翻译质量提供了较为有效的方法论指导。

A Discussion on Equivalent Reproduction of Pragmatic-Markedness from Textual Analysis

Language is characterized by markedness.Markedness not only serves to create context and construct discourses but to expand semantic meanings and strengthen pragmatic functions,which lays a foundation for the realization of communicative purposes.The employment of markedness theory in translation provides a brand-new perspective for translation quality assessment.Based on the pragmatic-markedness equivalence principle,this paper interprets and analyzes some translations of literary works.It is thus found that some insight into the markedness of the original texts can ensure the reproduction of the pragmatic-markedness in the target language.Markedness theory is also very likely to contribute to the scientific appreciation and judgment of the quality of the translation,and more importantly,provides an effective methodology for interpreting the translation practice and for improving the quality of translation.
