| 摘 要： | 文章分析了信息化出版环境对编辑素质的要求使编辑产生的心理压力,先进的技术手段和理念给编辑带来的技术压力,更深、更广的学术专业知识要求对编辑产生的心理压力,编辑角色冲突与自我价值定位造成的心理障碍以及紧张程式化的工作给编辑带来的心理疲劳。并针对数字化环境下编辑如何调适自身心理,减轻或跨越心理障碍进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | It discusses the psychological stresses on editors of sci-tech periodicals in the situation of informatory publication, caused by its requirement of the quality of editors; the technology stresses caused by new publishing concepts and advanced techniques; the pressures produced by requirements with broad professional background; and psychological fatigue resulted from conflicts between self-fulfillment and achievements of the working role, and tiredness caused by procedural matter of editing. It is expected to put forward advice on how to adjust editors in new digital time and how to relieve and surpass the psychological obstacles. |
