| Abstract: | The paper expounds the theory and practice of instructing the graduation thesis and emphasizes that the instruction and management must be elaborated and strengthened in selecting the subject,retrieving the literature, selecting the experiment material, designing the scheme, working out the progress plan,compounding the reagent, operating the instrument, doing experiments, combing the data and writing the thesis, so that the research ability and creative consciousness of students can be improved. |
