能源与经济危机——对当前世界经济大危机的“另类”解读

把次贷危机当作当前经济危机的唯一原因是不够的，能源问题也是经济危机的重要原因。能源问题还制约甚至决定着经济危机的发展前景和最终解决，因而从某种程度上应把当前经济危机看作是能源危机。能源问题引起经济危机的原因一个是因为石油生产的停滞不前，另一个是由于能源体系转型对现有经济结构进行的调整。能源问题的解决是解决当前经济危机的基本前提，而解决能源问题的途径在于大力发展新能源经济。

The energyproblem also restrictsor even detenninesthe development and the ultimate solution of the economic crisis, so the current economic crisis should be seen as an energy crisisto some extent. One reasonthat the energyproblem causes economic crisis is the stagnation in oil production, and the other is the adjustment of the existingeconomic structure which is required by the transformationof energy system. To solve the energy problem is the basic premise to solve the current econmnic crisis, and the way to solve the energy problem isto develop the new energy economy.
