| 摘 要： | 文章探讨体操教练员如何在奥运争光计划中发挥作用,对培养优秀体操选手、实现奥运争光计划的核心环节做了一些局部研究工作,提出将实践的总结与科学研究的成果融为一体,根据竞技体操发展的趋势和竞技体操训练阶段性的特点,制定出对各阶段训练的实施具有指导意义的、操作性较强的训练模式,以提高我国竞技体操训练的整体水平。

| Abstract: | The author researches how the gymnastics coaches play their role in the plan of winning glory in Olympics and intends to do some partial research work towards developing the excellent gymnastic athletes and realizing the winning glory in Olympics.The author also advances that we should merge the summary from practices and the result from sciences research into an integral whole,and according to the development trend and the characteristics of the training stage in gymnastics,draw up training modes which are of guilding significance and strong operationality to each training stage. It will contribute to the improvement of the whole training level of our country. |
