| Abstract: | Cultivating the advanced university culture is not only the need of modern universities, but also the historical responsibility taken by modern universities in the course of cultivating advanced culture. Science and humane spirits must be mixed together and the construction of campus culture must be strengthened. Universities should aim at cultivating students to develop in an all-round way and in perfect harmony. The idea of running universities should be deepened and the advanced universities culture should be cultivated to make universities and colleges the important places of human civilization. |
