试论社会主义政治文明建设

政治文明表示人类社会政治生活的进步状态 ,主要由政治意识文明、政治制度文明和政治行为文明三部分组成 ,其内涵又包括政治正义、政治运作科学和社会的政治素养水平三个方面。社会主义政治文明概念的提出 ,反映了我们党对执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的认识达到了新的水平。在新的历史条件下 ,必须充分认识建设社会主义政治文明的客观必然性 ,正确把握社会主义政治文明的根本内涵和社会主义民主政治建设的主要内容 ,深刻理解政治文明、物质文明、精神文明之间的关系 ,大力加强政治文明建设 ,促进三个文明协调发展和社会主义社会的全面进步。

On Construction of Political Civilization of Socialism

Political civilization shows the progressive state of political life of human society,mainly including three parts of civilizations of political ideology,political system and political action,whose connotation contains the political justice;political operating science and level of political mastery.The concept of political civilization of socialism has reflected that our party has reached the understanding level for ruling law,building law of socialism and developing law of human society.Under the condition of history,we must fully understand the objective inevitability of building political civilization of socialism.correctly master essential connotation of political civilization of socialism and main contents of building democratic politics of socialism,deeply understand the relations of political civiliation,material civilization and spiritual civilization,fully strengthen construction of political civilization,and promote harmonious development of the three civilizations and the all-round progress of socialist society.
