| 摘 要： | 当代大学生人际交往错位现象的发生，根本原因是大学生在人际交往的实践过程中存在着观念性、心理性和群体活动方式性的障碍。对这些障碍的克服，不仅有赖于教育观念的转变，更依赖于教育教学活动模式的变革。

| Abstract: | In this paper it argues that the main reason of dislocation phenomenon frequently arisen in the course of interpersonal communications of the university students is that there exist some impediments on students' views, psychology and ways of group activities. The paper holds that overcoming these impediments not only dependent on the transformation of educational concept, but also on the reform of education and teaching models. |
