| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了企业内部扩张所遵循的传统择优分配原理在一定程度上被整分配原理替代的现实性。揭示了整分配原理的应用会导致企业扩张行为的外部化 ,即强化了企业间兼并或集团化的动机。而这又进一步加强了整分配原理的应用。文章从一个方面揭示了当今企业间兼并重组的普遍性。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the realism that the conventional “law of equi marginal productivity” can be replaced by the “law of integer distribution” in in corporation expansion at times. The application of “law of integer distribution” will bring more out corporation expansion and the motive of corporation merger will be strengthened. This outcome brings more application of “law of integer distribution theory”. From one aspect the universality of the corporation merger is exposed. |
