| 摘 要： | 唐代监察体制已日趋成熟和完备 ,形成了一张密布全国的监控百官之网。但安史之乱后监察权力就逐渐被宦官所侵夺、削弱 ,监察官丧失独立奏弹的权力 ,监察体制遭到严重破坏 ,致使中晚唐呈现出宦官专权的危局 ;而宦官专权又加速了监察体制的破坏

| Abstract: | In Tang Dynasty,the supervision system became mature and adequate,forming a network of controling all officials throughout the country.However,after the An Shi Turmoil,the power of supervision was seized,weakened by the eunuch.Supervision officials lost their power of independently presenting memorials to the emperor,and the supervision system was severely damaged.In middle and late Tang,a crisis situation emerged and the monopolized power of the eunuch further damaged the supervision system. |
