| 摘 要： | 我国是一个农业大路,保护九亿农民的政治权益,对于维护当前农村的稳定,推动农村的繁荣与发展具有至关重要的意义。指出了当前新农村建设进程中农民政治权益缺失的种种表现,全面分析了造成农民政治权益缺失的若干原因,并努力从经济、教育、法律、制度等方面寻求对策。

| Abstract: | Our country is a large agricultural nation.Protecting 900,000,000 farmer's political rights and interests is very important to maintain the stability of current countryside,and to impel the prosperity and th development of countryside.This article pointed out all sorts of problems of farmer's political rights and interests in the Process of New Rural Construction,and analysed overally the cer- lain reasons.Finally tried best to find the solutions from the aspects of economy,education,law,system,etc. |
