| 摘 要： | 从我国电力体制改革后的电力市场运营模式发生变化分析入手,提出甘肃电力市场运行模式。同时就新电力市场模式对甘肃发电企业运行机制的要求进行了研究分析,其中包括新电力市场模式下发电企业机制和体制改革、发电企业内部运行机制、上网竞价策略等,促使发电企业通过体制和运行机制的改革以适应新的市场竞争。

| Abstract: | Based on the achievements of the reform of China's power production system, the paper proposes a new market operation model that the power production organizations of Gansu Province may follow. As required by the new market system, the power production system is subjected to changes of the production mechanism, the internal operation mechanism and the internet bidding measures, so as to adapt the business to the new market environment. |
