| 摘 要： | 包法利夫人和曹七巧,处于不同的社会背景,所受的教育不同,但她们对爱情的憧憬、婚姻的坎坷、悲哀的结局却有着惊人的相似。究其原因,整个社会都忽略甚至漠视了女性作为具有独立人格的人的主体意义和主体地位的存在。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a parallel study of Madame Bovary and Gold Lock.It compares the two tragic characters,Madame Bovary and Cao Qiqiao,in the light of their pursuit of satisfactory love,unhappy marriage life and twisted self-value to analyze the common causes of the two similar tragedies. |
