| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下 ,经济发展计划的制定和实施对促进国民经济的发展仍起着十分重要的作用。虽然我国制定和实施经济发展计划已经有 5 0多年历史 ,但在新的世纪 ,制定经济发展计划时却面临越来越严峻的挑战。论文在回顾我国经济发展计划制定方法演变过程的基础上分析这些挑战 ,并探讨计划制定方法创新的机遇

| Abstract: | In the market economy, the making and the implementing of the plan for development of economy is playing an important role in promoting the development of national economy. In the new century, making the plan for development of economy is facing increasingly severe challenge even though we have obtained 50 years' experiences of drawing up the economic plans. This paper analyses the challenges and discusses the opportunities to promote the plan\|making and the ways of innovation. |
